Frost On Line offers a complete suite of comprehensive monitoring solutions to help you worry less about your store systems and equipment; and we are available coast-to-coast. FOL will monitor critical points throughout your stores systems. We will collect and analyze this information and immediately act on abnormalities found.

Frost On Line will constantly work to adjust and find tune your systems. We work on different control strategies to assure our customers equipment is operating at its peak efficiency. Frost On Line will also set up preventative maintenance schedules and provide back-up data to assure repairs are made correctly and promptly. Through our expertise, we can help you negotiate less expensive service contracts and help you save money on electrical and product loss each and every day.

To ensure all signals are received, the Controllers are programmed to send alarm signals both to the Frost On Line office, and to a central monitoring station. The operators at the central monitoring station contact Frost On Line with every signal received 24 hours-a-day, 7 days a week and also test each site every day to assure communications are operating properly.

When a setting is tripped or an alarm condition occurs, we receive the alarm at Frost On Line's operations center. After receipt of the alarm, Frost On Line will immediately connect to the site to distinguish the alarm generated. With FOL Vast Mechanical expertise we will immediately trouble shoot and if possible make repairs through the Computer Control System.

If the problem cannot be remotely repaired, FOL will dispatch one of its Screened Network of service agencies to the site ensuring swift action is taken. FOL monitors and tracks the cost involved in the repair while lending Technical support to Field Technician. This insures that repairs are made correctly and followed up on. If parts are needed FOL assures Fair Mark Ups is used from Contractor. If major parts are needed FOL arranged direct purchasing and supplies to contractor for install and repairs.

Frost On Line has Network of Certified Service agencies around the country. We offer live tracking as the service call goes out, ensuring accurate troubleshooting by the service technician as well as cost-savings to the client.
