When a setting is tripped or an alarm condition occurs, we receive the alarm at Frost
On Line's operations center. After receipt of the alarm, Frost On Line will immediately
connect to the site to distinguish the alarm generated. With FOL Vast Mechanical
expertise we will immediately trouble shoot and if possible make repairs through the Computer Control System.
If the problem cannot be remotely repaired, FOL will dispatch one of its Screened Network of service agencies
to the site ensuring swift action is taken. FOL monitors and tracks the cost involved in
the repair while lending Technical support to Field Technician. This insures that repairs
are made correctly and followed up on. If parts are needed FOL assures Fair
Mark Ups is used from Contractor. If major parts are needed FOL arranged direct purchasing and
supplies to contractor for install and repairs.
Frost On Line has Network of Certified Service agencies around
the country. We offer live tracking as the service call goes out, ensuring accurate
troubleshooting by the service technician as well as cost-savings to the client.
