peace of mind allowing your system to constantly perform at its designated specifications. When your
system performance changes from its original set points, we are the first to know. We can
analyze and troubleshoot the problem quickly. Repairs are first tried through our remote
control facility. If the repair requires on site help we will contact and control the necessary
technician. We monitor the dispatch and guide the technician remotely, saving you precious
time and money.
In the Event major Parts are needed, FOL will use its national alignment with direct parts
wholesalers to provide the parts at a preferred cost to the customer.

- Receiving incoming refrigeration alarm signals via computer controllers which Electronically operated the Systems at the store.
- Remotely trouble shoots cause of alarm signal.
- Make appropriate adjustments and repairs remotely if applicable.
- Confirm repair situations with management at store level.
- Contact Management for after hours access into location
- Dispatch FOL Network of Screened Repair technicians to site if repairs are not possible remotely.
- Track repair costs to ensure fair mark up and Time spent for repair
- Directly Purchase parts on behalf of Customer for Major Cost Items
- Process Warranties where applicable to insure Customer is not paying for a Parts that should be No Charge
- Monitor remotely during repair and afterwards to make sure repairs solved problem.
- Track all alarm activity; set point adjustments; service calls for each site (and/or provide graphs and logs of unit operations upon request).
