7. Negotiate with Bidders and Manufactures for Best pricing and Quality
8. Create Spread Sheet Compiling pricing from Manufactures and Mechanical Contractors
9. Present all Information to Customer for Joint Determination of Bid Awards
10. Award Bids, Secure Waivers, Insurance Certificates, Develop Schedule and Start Project.
11. Kick Off Site visit with general contractor, architect and Mechanical Contractors for preparation and Coordination of project
12. Attend Weekly Conference Call Job Meeting for on Going Issues, Changes or any Questions. Available through entire project to answer questions and assist Trades in understanding the instillation and systems
13. Site visits for unforeseen situations and inspections that might develop over course of project to Insure Installation proceeding correctly.
14. Coordinate Deliveries with General Contractor and Mechanical Contractors
15. Site inspections for progress evaluation throughout installation inspecting each phase's completion for sign off and approval
16. Supervise Contractors for correct installation procedures and techniques as per manufacture and Customers specifications.
17. Programming and Commissioning of all Refrigeration HVAC and Energy Management systems
18. Final Site inspection of completed project and sign off of trades
19. Establish strict maintenance and service contracts for equipment with Mechanical Contractors
20. Monitor HVACR and Building controls 24/7 fine tuning operation of all systems
21. Coordinate and Track Future Service and Maintenance Issues protecting customer from being over charged while Supervising Repairs.
